In USA every year approx. 40 million people age 18 and older or 18% population are anxiety affected.Study says that India depression problem has been increased by 14 to 15 % compare to last year. 2. Cardiovascular Diseases- These diseases include High Blood Pressure, abnormal Heart Attack and Stroke Cardiovascular diseases are number 1 cause of of death globally.
