Now a days depression, anxiety and personality disorders are common due to stress. In USA every year approx. 40 million people age 18 and older or 18% population are anxiety affected.Study says that India depression problem has been increased by 14 to 15 % compare to last year.
2. Cardiovascular Diseases- These diseases include High Blood Pressure, abnormal Heart Attack and Stroke
Cardiovascular diseases are number 1 cause of of death globally. Study says that approx 17.9 million people died from cardiovascular diseases in 2016, which is 31% of all global deaths.
In fact a lot of children and teenagers worldwide are affected by Cardiovascular problems.

Stress may create Obesity.
Approx 2.2 billion people around the world are overweight or obese and leading to health problems and rising number of deaths.
